2015 Winter Nagoya- Hilton Nagoya Review

The hotel is located 5 mins walk from Fushimi metro station, it is not bad. 

The service was above average compare to other hotels we stayed during the trip, all the staffs can speak English which is very helpful. But stay cautious when they suggest to 'upgrade' your room. What we experienced was that the receptionist sold us to 'upgrade' to executive floor. Considering we're traveling with a baby we agreed to that. However, when we went to the room in the night, we realized that the original 'executive floor' was under renovated and what we paid for was an common, small, out-dated room especially the bath room, the toilet was old fashioned that you cannot control the temperature it's either too cold or too hot, the hair dryer attached to the wall is 20 years old and its not functioned well, we have to call for house keeping for a new one. 

For me I wont pay anything to this hotel again because I felt cheated, there are other international hotel chain you can choose in Nagoya.

前情提要一下
去年十月跟風日本希爾頓50%的特價
訂了一人入住價房型三晚

飯店位置在地鐵伏見七號出口直走約5分鐘
算是蠻方便的 不過七號出口沒有電梯
有大型行李的人可以練練臂力......

今天早上11點抵達飯店CI
跟櫃檯姐姐談心
基本上會員攜伴入住 沒問題
我這次還帶了一個未滿一歲的嬰兒
要求加嬰兒床也沒有另外加價      

不過因為訂的是乞丐房
所以櫃檯姐姐跟我推薦雙人網路加早餐套餐
報價4170羊/night
Ps不知道這是不是希爾頓的特色
只要有機會就會推銷加價升等  

因為有租wifi 機器 然後早餐起不來所以婉拒
然後跟他解釋我是白板會員第一次來住
不知道有沒有機會...你知道的...

櫃檯姐姐也很上道的點了點頭
跟我報價升等行政客房
2500羊/night 入住較高樓層行政客房
5500羊/night 以上兼使用lounge

由於帶著小朋友不太有機會到lounge
但所謂的行政客房還蠻吸引我的
姐姐進到房間問主管說可以提供優惠
行政客房變成 2000羊/night
同意之後 房間1230即可入住
不過我們要趕到outlet 所以就先寄行李而已

晚上九點回到飯店拿鑰匙
櫃檯另外一個姐姐跟我們說因為農曆新年的關係所以送wifi給我們 呵呵
房間在21樓 不過一開門感覺不太對 因為塞了twin 和嬰兒床的房間看起來有點小...

桌上還有個小卡                      
在飯店餐廳消費滿2500羊 可得500 HH point

聽說原本的行政樓層正在整修
所以我們還是住在一般房間
不過我們因為舟車勞頓整天
寶寶也累了 所以沒有特別詢問

這是...目前為止的進度...
只是我有點被欺騙的感覺...
加價了 卻還是一般房間...囧rz


Ps飯店沒有嬰兒澡盆喔！
